Do I have to go to court?

Q: Do I have to go to court?

That depends upon your situation.  To obtain a divorce, modify child support, or modify child custody, you must get a court order.  But, depending upon your circumstances, an appearance at court may or may not be necessary.

You situation and your needs are unique.  Don’t hesitate to schedule your consultation.
